Once upon a time, human and nature was
coexisted. Climbing trees, listening to birds, digging toes in sand and
counting stars was very exciting things in life. But now it seems like these
things are no where exist. Today, we live in such technical and sophisticated
environment that does not allow us to connect with nature. New generation kids
even don't think about all that. Today's technology world cut them with outer
world. They are happy with their indoor games, TV, play-stations etc-etc. This
is not a good sign and is the reason they get aggravate on small things.
Connecting with nature is important for their healthy development. This is not
only for them, but also for all of us as we rely on nature for our needs like
plants for medicines etc. Similarly connection with nature decreases stress
level and stimulate healing. There are many other reasons and one should
understand the importance of connection between human and nature to live a
healthy, stress free or joyful life.
